Spring Loaded Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve

Vacuum Relief Valve (CNC382 & CNC387)

ATEX-approved Vacuum Relief Valves by Motherwell, ideal for tank protection where only vacuum relief is needed. Available in sizes 2″ to 12″ and materials like aluminum, steel, with free sizing and spare parts.

Pressure Only Relief Valves - PRV (CNC381 & CNC384)

Access Manway

Motherwell’s CNC 171 Access Manway provides lockable access for bulk storage tanks up to 2.5 psig. Available in sizes 10″-36″, it ensures secure maintenance access and even seal distribution.

Pressure and Vacuum Emergency Manway

Motherwell’s 122 Series Pressure and Vacuum Emergency Manways provide safe venting for storage tanks, with spring-loaded valves to prevent vacuum damage. Sizes range from 18″ to 24″, ideal for bulk tanks.

Emergency Relief Manways

Motherwell’s CNC 121 Emergency Relief Manways provide safe venting for storage tanks. Sizes range from 10″-36″, made from carbon steel or aluminium, ensuring emergency venting up to 140 Mbar.

Vent Combination Arresters, CNC550

Motherwell’s vent combination arresters offer protection for end-of-line applications, preventing unconfined ignition. Certified to ATEX standards, suitable for pipe sizes from 2″ to 12″, bi-directional.

In-Line Detonation Flame Arrester

Motherwell’s in-line detonation flame arresters prevent unstable detonations in pipelines, handling shock waves. Certified for IIA/IIB3 groups, bi-directional, replaceable, and suitable for sour gas.

End Of Line Deflagration Flame Arresters, CNC540

Radar Level Transmitter | Radar Level Gauge

Rim Vent

Motherwell’s CNC 104 Rim Vents offer low-pressure relief for floating roof tanks. Made from aluminum with a stainless steel screen, they open at 0.865” w.g. to release excess air/gas pressure.

Tank Free Vents

Motherwell’s CNC 240/241 Free Vents prevent pressure buildup in tanks, available in sizes 2″-12″. Made from durable materials, with stainless steel screens and ANSI/DIN flanges for reliable airflow.

Tank Blanketing Valve

Motherwell’s 400 Series Tank Blanketing Valve maintains positive pressure in storage tanks, preventing contamination and reducing evaporation. Available in sizes 15mm to 100mm.
